By creating an account or using PehchanPe Pulse, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

PehchanPe Pulse provides financial insights, scores, and reports for informational purposes. Our insights are not financial, legal, or investment advice, and lending decisions rest with the respective lenders.

Payments and refunds

Report fees are payable in advance and include applicable taxes (GST). Because reports are generated on demand from your data, fees are non-refundable once a report has been produced. If a payment is completed but a report is not delivered due to a technical failure on our side, contact support@pehchanpe.com and we will re-process the report or refund the amount.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the service only for your own lawful purposes, and not to misuse, copy, or resell the service or its reports.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PehchanPe Pulse and MAKSPay Fintech Solutions Pvt Ltd are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or reliance on its insights. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report giving rise to the claim.
